1. Remove and Package the Filter

2. Send to Our Workshop

3. We Clean, Flush & Test

Once received, we inspect the filter for damage, contamination or signs of failure. If the filter is suitable for cleaning, we flush it inside and out using heated fluid and airflow recovery systems. This removes soot, ash and built-up deposits properly — not just a quick rinse.

We then perform flow testing to measure pressure and confirm the DPF is now breathing freely. All test results are printed and included with your return delivery.

4. Return Shipping

Your filter is repackaged and sent back to you using tracked courier delivery. Most filters are returned within 2–3 working days from the time we receive them.
